Who is Matt?
Born in Europe, I arrived in Toronto, Canada in the late 80's after a brief stay in Italy. In the mid 90's, after getting my ass kicked by a double major course load at the University of Toronto, I eventually scaled my studies down to just Software Engineering. That's right, I'm a geek by trade.
These days, I get myself into all sorts of trouble working in the IT Health industry while pursuing a bizarre mix of interests; motorcycling, fitness, travelling, photography, and cooking.
Who is Cess?
I was born and raised in Toronto. After a few twists and turns on the road of life, I got married, graduated with a degree in anthropology, and developed allergies to cats and dogs. Some of my interests include motorcycling, baking, and counted cross stitch.
What's mattandcess.com all about?
That's easy. It boils down to two things:
- Having this little spot in the corner of the Internet allows us to share information and experiences with our family and friends. This is particularly useful when we're travelling as it cuts down on the number of e-mails we have to send ;)
- mattandcess.com is also serving as a personal experiment for us. We're using the site to document our travels on the fly without the risk of losing notes! That should be helpful when we get old and senile, right?
